GOTTA SHINE no matter where you are...
It's BEautiful to have an opportunity to shine love and understanding while in a place where that appears uncommon these days. I am visiting my homeland for a bit this summer. The country has been through some rough times this decade (whole century!), which is reflected in people's attitudes on life and towards one another. There is much love in the hearts, although it sometimes seems like there's not much of it (on the surface).
It's a worthy challenge to appreciate and see past the negative, knowing the BEautiful essence of the soul within. And continue to shine no matter what appears to be around ya.
